PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Mary A. Zoellner, 87, of Perryville died Friday, Jan. 5, 2001, at Independence Court in Perryville.
She was born March 5, 1913, at Leopold, Mo., daughter of Martin and Wilhelmina Holzum Van Doren. She and Marion "Tony" A. Zoellner were married June 10, 1931. He died May 22, 2000.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, the K of C Auxiliary and was a past member of the Married Ladies Sodality.
Survived include four daughters, Marilyn Flentge, MaryAnn Clifton and Carol Lappe, all of Perryville, and Nancy Janet of Cape Girardeau; two sons, James Zoellner of British Columbia, Canada, and Gerald Zoellner of Perryville; a brother, Charles Van Doren of Perryville; 34 grandchildren; 83 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, four sisters, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. Sunday at Young & Sons Chapel and from 6:30-9:30 a.m. Monday. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating.
