Mary Stevens

Mary Louise Stevens, 88, of Jackson died Thursday, Oct. 7, 2004, at Jackson Manor.

She was born Dec. 6, 1915, at Dexter, Mo., daughter of Charles and Cora Jones Walker.

Formerly of Dexter, Stevens had lived in Jackson the past eight years.

Survivors include two sisters, Evelyn Teson of Jackson and Bertha Petty of Blountstown, Fla.

She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and a sister.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, with the Rev. Clifford Wray officiating. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery.
