MOUNT VERNON, Mo. — Mary Cecile St. Clair Orr-Masters, 93, of Mount Vernon died Monday, Sept. 11, 2017, at the Lawrence County Manor. Visitation and a funeral service were Saturday morning at Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mount Vernon. Burial followed at Ozark Prairie Cemetery, northeast of Mount Vernon.
