Mary Margaret Moll, 85, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of St. Louis, died Friday, Aug. 24, 2007, at Chateau Gir­ardeau Health Center in Cape Girar­deau.
She was born Aug. 18, 1922, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of John Roy and Mrytle Emeline Hartle Mahy. She and Edgar Roland Moll Jr. were married Oct. 19, 1944, in Cape Girardeau. He died Aug. 4, 1999.
Moll worked at International Shoe Factory in Cape Girardeau. She moved to St. Louis. in the late 1940s. Moll was a member of Concord Baptist Church in St. Louis. She was a former member of Eastern Star.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary F. Powers and husband, Dan, of Cape Girardeau; two grandchildren, Katherine Marie Powers of Columbia, Mo. and Leah Emeline Powers of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers, Richard and Ralph Mahy.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time Monday, Aug. 27, 2007, at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.
Service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jim Hylton officiating.
Burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girar­deau.
