Mary M. Mills-Ing, 73, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, May 14, 2001, in Carbondale, Ill., following a lengthy illness.
She was born Feb. 1, 1928, in Bollinger County, Mo., daughter of Albert and Iris Buckingham Cotner. She and Norman Ing were married in 1945 in Cape Girardeau.
Mills-Ing had worked at Film Barns Photo in Illinois, and in management with Frito-Lay in Houston, Texas.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Eugene Ing of Chaffee, Mo., John Ing of Carbondale; five daughters, Linda Horn of Cambria, Ill., Mary Ann Casey and Debra Denby of Lufkin, Texas, Kristl Bowles of Carbondale, Sherry Ing of Quitman, Ga.; 20 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, four brothers, a sister and a grandson.
There is no visitation.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, with the Rev. Don Henson officiating. Burial will be in McGee Chapel Cemetery at Glen Allen, Mo.
