Mary Marie Vinson, 79, of the Lutheran Home, died Thursday, June 3, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. She was born Dec. 12, 1913, at Lithium, daughter of Sylvester "Pat" and Emma Estes Franklin. She and Virgil Vinson were married July 27, 1932. He died Jan. 27, 1982...

Mary Marie Vinson, 79, of the Lutheran Home, died Thursday, June 3, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born Dec. 12, 1913, at Lithium, daughter of Sylvester "Pat" and Emma Estes Franklin. She and Virgil Vinson were married July 27, 1932. He died Jan. 27, 1982.

Vinson was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Charleston.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Hendrix of Cape Girardeau; three grandchildren, and two great-granddaughters.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at McMikle Funeral Chapel in Charleston. The Rev. Bill Meeks will officiate, with burial in IOOF Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today.
