PATTON, Mo. -- Mary E. Koonce, 76, of Patton died Sunday, Jan. 23, 2005, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born July 19, 1928, in Marmaduke, Ark., daughter of Buel and Violet Forrest Dickinson. She and Lloyd H. Koonce were married Aug. 6, 1948. He died Aug. 15, 2001...
PATTON, Mo. -- Mary E. Koonce, 76, of Patton died Sunday, Jan. 23, 2005, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 19, 1928, in Marmaduke, Ark., daughter of Buel and Violet Forrest Dickinson. She and Lloyd H. Koonce were married Aug. 6, 1948. He died Aug. 15, 2001.
Koonce was a member of Little Whitewater Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Alice Breidegam of Cahokia, Ill., Janet Hale of Patton; a brother, James Dickinson of Paragould, Ark.; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son and a sister.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Patton from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jim Collins officiating. Burial will be in Pulliam Cemetery near Scopus, Mo.
