JACKSON, Mo. -- Marie R. Koeppel, 84, of Jackson died Monday, May 14, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born Oct. 3, 1916, at Egypt Mills, Mo., daughter of William and Emma Lange Rehkopf. She and Fred A. Koeppel were married April 20, 1935. He died Dec. 13, 1997...

JACKSON, Mo. -- Marie R. Koeppel, 84, of Jackson died Monday, May 14, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 3, 1916, at Egypt Mills, Mo., daughter of William and Emma Lange Rehkopf. She and Fred A. Koeppel were married April 20, 1935. He died Dec. 13, 1997.

Koeppel was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a son, Fred W. Koeppel of Jackson.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Henrichs officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery at Egypt Mills.
