ANNA, Ill. -- Funeral for Mary L. Knupp of Anna will be held at 3 p.m. today at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna. The Rev. Verlee Eaker will officiate. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery at Jonesboro, Ill.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 1 p.m. until service time.
Knupp, 81, died Friday, Jan. 26, 2001, at City Care Center in Anna.
She was born Oct. 25, 1918, in Anna, daughter of Frank and Minnie Potter Cavitt. She and Harvey F. Knupp were married May 10, 1941, at Jackson, Mo. He died April 15, 1999.
Formerly of Jonesboro, Knupp retired as a cook at Jonesboro Grade School. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Jonesboro.
Survivors include two sons, Ron and Steve Knupp of Anna; a sister, Reva Corzine of Anna; five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, a son, a brother, and a half sister.
