KELSO, Mo. -- Mary Kathlyn Job, 75, of Kelso died Friday, Aug. 13, 2010, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born March 9, 1935, in Kelso, to Arnold Charles and Genevieve Opal Menz Ressel. She married Clarence Arthur "Butch" Job on July 11, 1959, in Kelso. He preceded her in death Nov. 18, 2005.
Job was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and its St. Ann's Sodality.
Survivors include four sons, Michael (Lynn) Job of Scott City, James (Pam) Job and Donald (Lisa) Job of Kelso, Douglas Job of Lake Worth, Fla.; a daughter, Rebecca Job of Kelso; four brothers, Edward Ressel, Tom (Corena) Ressel, Bob (Betty) Ressel and Ken (Linda) Ressel, all of Kelso; three sisters, Mary Jo Ressel of Cleves, Ohio, Helen (A.J.) Schott of Kelso, Janie (Bruce) Raines of Scott City; nine grandchildren, Josh, Jared, Leslie, Brandon, Allie, Rachel, Christian, Rhea, Savanah; and a great-grandson, Matt.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Parish prayers will be at 6:30, with Knights of Columbus prayers immediately following.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Augustine Church, with the Rev. Oliver Clavin as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery.
