JACKSON, Mo. -- Mary H. Howard, 95, of Jackson died Wednesday, July 12, 2000, at Heartland Care Rehab Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born June 28, 1905, in Ste. Genevieve, Mo., daughter of Thomas and Lucinda Godair Carney. She married S.T. Howard, who died Dec. 7, 1963.
Howard moved to Jackson in 1946 from Jefferson City, Mo.
Survivors include a son, Tom Howard of Overland Park, Kan.; a sister, Dorothy Baker of Camden, Ark.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers, and a sister.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Richard Combs officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
