EAST PRAIRIE -- Funeral service for Mary Frances Prince, 96, of East Prairie will be at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie Thursday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ernest Brown officiating. Burial will be in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home today after 5 p.m.

Prince died Tuesday, Jan. 17, 1995, at East Prairie Nursing Home.

She was born July 4, 1898, at Bruceton, Tenn., to Robert and Mary Frances Allen Greer.

She married Ernest Prince, who died Aug. 8, 1966.

Prince also was preceded in death by two sons, a brother, seven sisters, three grandchildren and a great-grandson.

She is survived by two sons, Tommy Prince, Immokalee, Fla., and Hershel Prince, LeBelle, Fla.; three daughters, Geneva Smith, Minnie Boswell and Imogene Boyer, all of East Prairie; a sister, Stella Greer, Fort Scott, Kan.; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
