ORAN -- Mary Elizabeth Marvel, 74, Oran Route 2, died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. She was born Jan. 27, 1919, near Oran, daughter of Henry and Ida Nagel Halter. She and Floy Woodrow Marvel were married Feb. 15, 1941. He died April 7, 1991...
ORAN -- Mary Elizabeth Marvel, 74, Oran Route 2, died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born Jan. 27, 1919, near Oran, daughter of Henry and Ida Nagel Halter. She and Floy Woodrow Marvel were married Feb. 15, 1941. He died April 7, 1991.
Marvel was a member of Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ at Morley.

Survivors include a son, Wendolin Marvel of Oran; three brothers, Andrew Halter of St. Louis, Romanus and Michael Halter of Cape Girardeau.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Apostolic Church. The Rev. Don Russel will officiate, with burial in Forest Hill Memorial Garden at Morley.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Oran after 4 p.m. today.
