MARY BREWER

ANNA, Ill. -- Mary L. Brewer, 85, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2000, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born Dec. 12, 1914, in Union County, daughter of George and Della Casper Cooley.

Brewer had been an aide at a nursing home.

Survivors include a sister, Mary Polisa of Centralia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, and a granddaughter.

Graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Christian Chapel Cemetery. The Rev. William Bohannon will officiate.

Hileman and Parr Funeral Home in Jonesboro is in charge of arrangements.
