MARY BALTZELL

CYPRESS, Ill. -- Funeral for Mary Edith Henard Baltzell of Cypress will be held at 1 p.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak. The Rev. Gary O'Neal will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery at Buncombe.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until service time.

Baltzell, 75, died Thursday, June 29, 2000, at Good Samaritan Health Care in Metropolis.

She was born July 15, 1924, in Dongola. She first married Joe Henard, who died in 1986. She later married Cecil Baltzell.

Baltzell had worked in the outside safety department with Cypress Public Schools.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary King of Cypress; two sons, Barry Henard of Anna, Patrick Henard of Cypress; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son and a granddaughter.
