Martha Ozment

Martha Jane Ozment, 91, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Olive Branch, Illinois, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 25, 2018, at Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

Martha was born April 16, 1927, in Jonesboro, Illinois, the daughter of Jess and Edna Mixen. She and Orval Ozment married Oct. 1, 1942, and he preceded her in death March 29, 2002.

She was a member of the East Cape Baptist Church.

Martha is survived by her daughter, Brenda (Russell) Dillingham of Cape Girardeau; daughter-in-law, Susie Ozment of Kansas City, Missouri; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Ronald Ozment; three brothers; and five sisters.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, Illinois.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens in Villa Ridge, Illinois.
