MARTHA MAE PHILLIPS

PATTON -- Martha Mae Phillips, 82, of Patton died Saturday, Dec. 9, 1995, at her home.

She was born Dec. 29, 1912, at Tamms, Ill, daughter of William and Sarah Elizabeth Webster Martin.

On Jan. 25, 1930, she married Charley A. Phillips. He died Aug. 16, 1971.

She is survived by a son, Thomas A. Phillips of Oklahoma; a daughter, Margie Smith of Patton; two sisters, Donie Roseberry of Texas and June Spann of Illinois; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Two sons, two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

She was a member of the Pentecost church.

Friends may call at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton Monday from 3 to 8 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Clyde Bess officiating. Burial will be in the Christian Cemetery in Fredericktown.
