MARTHA HEATH

CHAFFEE -- Martha "Maggie" Heath, 43, of Chaffee, died Monday, March 1, 1993, at John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.

She was born March 28, 1949, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Ollie Richard and Maggie McBride Groves. She and David H. Heath were married May 13, 1972.

Heath was a sergeant in the medical corps with the U.S. Air Force from 1970-74. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church and Daughters of Isabella.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Melissa Heath of Chaffee; her mother of Chaffee; a brother, Richard Groves of Florissant; two sisters, Janna Bradley of Marble Hill, and Patty Anderson of Chaffee.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ambrose Church. The Rev. Allan Saunders will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home at Chaffee after 4 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7:30.
