MOREHOUSE -- Marshall Bryant, 76, of Morehouse, died Monday, Dec. 11, 1995, at Sikeston Convalescent Center in Sikeston. He was born March 10, 1919, in Clarksville, Tenn., son of Richard and Viena Heffner Bryant. He and Mavis Brawley were married Feb. 1, 1941. She died March 7, 1994...

MOREHOUSE -- Marshall Bryant, 76, of Morehouse, died Monday, Dec. 11, 1995, at Sikeston Convalescent Center in Sikeston.

He was born March 10, 1919, in Clarksville, Tenn., son of Richard and Viena Heffner Bryant. He and Mavis Brawley were married Feb. 1, 1941. She died March 7, 1994.

Bryant lived in Morehouse most of his life. He retired as supervisor of Himmelberger-Harrison Manufacturing. He was a member of North Nazarene Church in Sikeston.

Survivors include two sons, Marshall Bryant of Memphis, Tenn., Norman Vickers of Terrell, Texas; a daughter, Barbara Lawrence of Morehouse; a sister, Carlene Cameron of Morehouse; six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Morehouse after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Dolan Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
