Mark A. Eggimann, 50, of Pueblo, Colo., passed away Monday, April 11, 2011.
He was born Dec. 19, 1960, in Cape Girardeau, son of Delmar L. and Elsie M. Ulrich Eggimann.
Mark graduated from Jackson High School in 1979. He worked at Autos Unlimited in Jackson before moving to Colorado in 1980. He owned and operated Eggimann Auto and Towing Co. in Pueblo and Howard, Colo. He loved his motorcycle rides and was a fan of NASCAR. Mark also enjoyed helping youths and others in need.
Loving survivors include his mother, Elsie Eggimann of Gordonville; a brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Jane Eggimann of Gordonville; two nephews, Blake and Teddy Eggimann; a special friend, Wendy Samora; and devoted friend and employee many years, Camillo "Millo" Figueroa of Pueblo.
He was preceded in death by his father, Delmar, on July 13, 2000.
Friends may call from 1 p.m. until service time Tuesday at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gary Brothers officiating, assisted by the Revs. Tommy Weems and Jesse Curry, and Chaplain Terry Wildman. Interment will be in Hager Cemetery near Gordonville.
Memorial donations may be made to the Shelter of Hope Ministry.
