Mark Anthony Taylor, 41, of 148 E. Cape Rock Drive died Friday, Oct. 16, 1998, at his home.

He was a student.

He was born on Dec. 4, 1956, at Duluth, Minn., son of Herbert Hoover and Joann Margaret Hella Taylor.

He served in the Army from 1984 to 1986.

He was a member of Bahai Faith and the River City Freedom Group.

Survivors include his parents of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Adam Taylor of Cape Girardeau; and two sisters, Lydia Mancini of Duluth and Sylvia Smith of Boulder, Colo.

There will be no visitation.

Funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery.
