Mark A. Tygett, 39, died Thursday, Sept. 9, 1999 in San Francisco, Ca.
He was born September 6, 1960 in Memphis, Tenn., son of Joseph and Joanna Milne Tygett. He graduated from Central High School, Cape Girardeau, Mo. in 1978. He graduated from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Tx. in 1983.
He resided in Sydney, Australia for the last 10 years. He worked as a tour director and travel consultant for Raymond & Whitcomb Travel Agency of New York City.
Survivors include his mother of Cape Girardeau, his father of Cape Girardeau, a sister, Mary G. Tygett of Warrensburg, Mo., and a half-brother, Robert J. Tygett of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; and Phillip Silver of Sydney, Australia. He was preceded in death by a brother, John M. Tygett.
A memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18 at the First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau. The Revs. Hugh Stewart and Tom Bass will officiate.
