Marion Pullins
CHARLESTON -- Marion Louise Pullins, 79, of Charleston died Monday, Oct. 6, 1997, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born Dec. 20, 1917, in Columbus, Ky., daughter of William and Ruth Webster Knox. She married Freeman Pullins, who died Nov. 8, 1987.
Pullins lived in Missouri more than 55 years. She was a member of Perry Chapel AME Church, where she served on the Trustee Board, was in choir, and was a Sunday School teacher.
Survivors include a sister, Gladys Lowe of Chicago.
She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Perry Chapel Church, with the Rev. Debbie Thornton officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the church Friday from noon until service time.
