Marilyn Damm Harris, 72, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday May 13, 2000, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born Aug. 13, 1927, at Lancaster, Wis., daughter of Walter and Elva Maiben Damm. She and Raymond B. Harris II were married June 18, 1949, at Cape Girardeau. He died March 2, 1980.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, where she started the Mothers Morning Out program. She was a troop leader and camp director with Girl Scouts.
Survivors include one son, Bryan Harris of Cape Girardeau; three daughters, Marcia Williamson of Cape Girardeau, Kathryn Pinkston of Poplar Bluff and Joanne Millbery of Jefferson City; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one sister.
Friends may call at Ford & Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Chapel from 4-8 p.m. Monday.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Hugh Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
