She was born Nov. 11, 1919, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Theodore and Edith Phillips Bock. She married Stewart Kropp in 1994.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Sondra Kelly-Green of Lincoln City, Ore.; a son, Ronald Kelly of Milwaukie, Ore.; two sisters, Betty Wood of Cape Girardeau and Helen Bock of Porterville, Calif.

She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
