Marie Huey

JACKSON, Mo. -- Marie W. Huey, 69, of Jackson died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2001, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born April 13, 1932, in Cape Girardeau County, daughter of Charles and Wilma Exler Reimann Jr. She and Don G. Huey were married Dec. 18, 1951, at Egypt Mills, Mo.

Mrs. Huey was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include her husband; a son and daughter-in-law, Darrell T. and Deborah Huey of Cape Girardeau; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Donna M. and Kenneth Beussink of Cape Girardeau, Brenda M. Huey of Phoenix, Ariz., Karen M. and Brian Lowe of Caseyville, Ill.; three brothers, Carl G. Reimann of Fruitland, Mo., Ivan L. Reimann of Oriole, Mo., and Paul C. Reimann of Cape Girardeau.

Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, Kendra and Matthew Beussink of Cape Girardeau, Amanda, Robert and Sarah Huey of Cape Girardeau, Brittany and David Huey of Cape Girardeau, Adam, Bryant, Kane and Sophie Lowe of Caseyville.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Douglas C. Breite and the Rev. David V. Dissen will officiate. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.

Memorials may be made to Living Hope or Saxony High School Building Fund or Trinity School Building Fund.
