ADVANCE, Mo. -- Marie Hill, 86, of Advance died Friday, Jan. 19, 2001, at her home. She was born Sept. 19, 1914, at Rock Point, Mo., daughter of Harrison and Viola Garrison. She and James Hill were married July 28, 1932, at Leora, Mo. He died Sept. 23, 1985...

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Marie Hill, 86, of Advance died Friday, Jan. 19, 2001, at her home.

She was born Sept. 19, 1914, at Rock Point, Mo., daughter of Harrison and Viola Garrison. She and James Hill were married July 28, 1932, at Leora, Mo. He died Sept. 23, 1985.

Hill was a member of Bethel General Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Ronald Hill of Advance; two sisters, Glondia Wagner of Cave Creek, Ariz., Lucille Armstrong of Boca Raton, Fla.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ray Placher officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park.
