MARIE GRANT

SIKESTON -- Marie Grant, 53, of Sikeston died Wednesday, May 15, 1996, at her home.

She was born March 6, 1943, at Sikeston, daughter of Willie And Lubertha "James" Grant.

She worked at Imperial Fabrics, LaSalle Die Tech Co. in Elkhart, Ind. She was a member of the Prayer House Church of God but attended the Green Memorial Church of God in Christ.

Survivors include three sisters, Katherine Grant and Jearlean Dancler, both of Sikeston, and Pearl Suggs of Elkhart; five brothers, Willie D. Grant, Charles Grant and Roy Grant, all of Elkhart, Otis L. Grant of Kansas City, Kan., and Dennis Hammer Grant of Chicago.

Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home in Sikeston.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Green Memorial Church of God in Christ in Sikeston. The Rev. Roosevelt Baker will officiate, with burial in Sunset of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
