BELL CITY -- Marie Coleman, 57, of Bell City died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, at University Hospital in St. Louis. She was born Sept. 8, 1941, in Olive Branch, Ill., daughter of Loren and Gertrude Browning. She and the Rev. Jerry Coleman were married July 17, 1959, at Bloomfield. He died July 7, 1992...

BELL CITY -- Marie Coleman, 57, of Bell City died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, at University Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born Sept. 8, 1941, in Olive Branch, Ill., daughter of Loren and Gertrude Browning. She and the Rev. Jerry Coleman were married July 17, 1959, at Bloomfield. He died July 7, 1992.

Survivors include a daughter, Betty Huffman of Bell City; five brothers, Larry and Jerry Browning of Vienna, Ill., Gene Browning of Illinois, Clarence Browning of Oregon, Jimmy Browning of Kansas; two sisters, Marlyn Burger and Ella Browning of Illinois; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Otis Little officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery near Bell City.
