ST. LOUIS -- Marianna S. Shelton Austin passed away on Sunday, Jan. 7, 2018.

She was the beloved wife of the late James Austin; loving mother of James (Paula) Austin IV and William (Marianne) Austin; cherished grandmother of Michael D. and Kayla Renee Austin; dear sister of Judith (the late Harold) Hines and the late Shirley (Ed, who survives) Montgomery, and two other brothers.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in McClain's Chapel Cemetery.

The family requests memorials be made to New Hope Methodist Church.
