DONGOLA, Ill. -- Marian Corzine, 80, of Dongola died Saturday, May 26, 2001, at Jonesboro Health Care Center. She was born Feb. 24, 1921, at Dongola, daughter of Estus M. and Lottie B. Karraker Cope. She and Julian O. Corzine were married Oct. 31, 1941. He died Jan. 27, 1989...

DONGOLA, Ill. -- Marian Corzine, 80, of Dongola died Saturday, May 26, 2001, at Jonesboro Health Care Center.

She was born Feb. 24, 1921, at Dongola, daughter of Estus M. and Lottie B. Karraker Cope. She and Julian O. Corzine were married Oct. 31, 1941. He died Jan. 27, 1989.

Corzine was a member of the Dongola Church of Christ and was active in Dongola civic organizations and the Dongola homecoming for many years. She owned and operated Marian's Beauty Shop in Dongola for many years.

Survivors include a son, Steve Corzine of Buncombe, Ill.; three grandsons; and one great-grandson.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Dongola from 5-8 p.m. Monday on and Tuesday until the time of service.

Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Revs. Ronnie Gulley and Brent Miller will officiate, with burial in Christian Chapel Cemetery.
