MARIA A. LAURENTIUS

PERRYVILLE -- Marie A. Laurentius, 68, of Perryville died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 1999, at her home.

She was born Feb. 2, 1930, at Apple Creek, daughter of Louis and Dorothy Buchheit Hennemann.

She married William "Willie" Laurentius July 19, 1952.

She was a retired shoe factory worker.

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and the VFW Post 4282 Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, of Perryville; one son, Wayne Laurentius of St. Louis; two brothers, Henry Hennemann and Irwin Hennemann, both of Perryville; three sisters, Cornelia Clements of Perryville, Bernice Clements of Old Appleton and Zita Winkler of Apple Creek; and three grandchildren.

Two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

Visitation is today from 4-9 p.m. and Thursday from 6:30-8:30 a.m. at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. Parish wake will be today at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral Mass will be said at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
