COMMERCE -- Margie Mona Wilkinson, 72, Commerce Route 1, died Monday, April 1, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Oct. 17, 1923, in Stephens, Ark., daughter of John and Nanny Riley. She and Bennie Lee Wilkinson were married Dec. 24, 1941, at Illmo.
Wilkinson moved here 14 years ago from St. Louis. She was a member of Benton United Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star and VFW Auxiliary at Morley.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Patricia Holland of Millstadt, Ill., Phyllis Weinmann of St. Louis; a brother, Joseph Riley of Louisville, Ky.; four grandchildren, and a great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by a son, five brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City after 4 p.m. today. An Eastern Star service will be held at 7.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Benny Wolsey officiating. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery near Commerce.
