Margie Stelling, 71, of Marietta, Ga., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Tuesday, July 20, 2004, at Shoreham Nursing Facility.
She was born Jan. 22, 1933, at Egypt Mills, Mo., daughter of Paul Dixon and Irma Kassel Reed.
Stelling had lived in Cobb County, Ga., 41 years. She retired as an electronic specialist with AT&T. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Smyrna, Ga.
Survivors include two sons, Clark Stelling of Woodstock, Ga., Jeff Stelling of Powder Springs, Ga.; two daughters, Dorcas Struck of Dallas, Ga., Sandra Smart of Cocoa, Fla.; her mother, Irma Harmon of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Friends may call at Carmichael Funeral Home in Marietta from 6 to 8 p.m. today, and Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. David Sieg officiating. Burial will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery in Marietta.
