MARGARET STOUT

MOUND CITY, Ill. -- Funeral service for Margaret June Stout of Metropolis will be held at 1 p.m. today at Barkett Funeral Home in Mound City. The Rev. Terry Cathey will officiate. Burial will be in Beechwood Cemetery at Mounds.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until service time.

Stout, 81, died Monday, March 8, 1999, at Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis.

She was born June 12, 1917, in Mound City, daughter of Claude and Della Dean Stout.

Stout was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Metropolis.

Surviving nieces and nephews include: Lisa Keith and Alice Cox of Cairo, Betty Tolbert of Benton, Ky., Janice Reaney of Calvert City, Ky.; James Jones of Mounds, Richard Stout of Cape Girardeau, Mo., Daniel Stout of Thebes, John Stout of East Prairie, Mo., and Jimmy Stout of Tamms.
