BENTON -- Margaret Loughnane, 71 years old, died Thursday, March 4, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Nov. 23, 1920, in Akron, Ohio, daughter of Leslie and Hazel Bailey McGinley.

She was a retired free-lance writer.

She was a member of the Lake County Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include a son, Jeffrey Black of California; two daughters, Leslie Stevens of Benton and Lea Anne Quint of Ft. Collins, Colo.; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Service will be held at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home at Benton today at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Bernard Gabara officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. today.
