MARGARET G. SCHUMER

PERRYVILLE -- Margaret G. Schumer, of Perryville, died Saturday, Sept. 21, 1991, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville.

She was born Oct. 23, 1913, at Belgique, Mo. daughter of Fred DeClerk and Matilda Fuytinck DeClerk.

On Aug. 23, 1932, she married Walter M. Schumer. He survives.

Other survivors include three sons, Bill D. Schumer, Othmar J. Schumer and Melbourne F. Schumer, all of Perryville; sister, Alberta Blanc of St. Louis; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

She was a member of Ladies Sodality of Our Lady of Victory Church in Sereno.

Service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Sereno, with the Rev. Charles Herbst officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.

Friends may call today after 5 p.m. at the Miller Family Funeral Home, formerly the Drayton Funeral Home, in Perryville. A wake service will be held at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
