Margaret Helen Call, 101 of Turlock, California, formerly of Cape Girardeau passed away July 20, 2020, in California.
She was born Sept. 14, 1918, in Kansas to Alvin and Christina Abrahamson. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Margaret married Ray Call and together they had three children and shared 57 years of marriage before his passing.
Over the years, Margaret enjoyed leading many Bible study groups with her church and in her neighborhood. She had a vast knowledge of scripture which she shared with others, always with an optimistic and supportive attitude. Her hobbies included making porcelain dolls and hand-painting china.
She is survived by her children, Eugenie (Lael) Johnson, Roger (Karen) Call and Gwen (John) Hogin; sister, Grayce Abel; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Call; six siblings and one grandson.
Private burial will take place at New Lorimier Cemtery.
