Margaret C. Brockmeyer, 95, of Scott City, died Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2005, at her home.
She was born Jan. 17, 1910, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Fredrick and Dora Krieger Meyer. She and Herman Brockmeyer were married Feb. 5, 1931, in Cape Girardeau. He died July 23, 1978.
Brockmeyer was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Church and St. Ann's Sodality.
Survivors include four sons, Jerome Brockmeyer of Arnold, Mo., Joseph Brockmeyer of St. Louis, Paul and Fred Brockmeyer of Scott City; two daughters, Rosemary Dreyer of Perryville, Mo., Edna Anderson of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Dorothy Foeste of Cape Girardeau, Pauline Mudd of Connecticut; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons and two brothers.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. today. A vigil service will be held at 7.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent's Church, with the Rev. Charles Prost officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
