CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Mardell Agatha Finney, 87, of Chaffee died Monday, June 19, 2000, at Chaffee Nursing Center. She was born Oct. 17, 1912, daughter of Walter P. and Elizabeth Stausing Masters. She and Dr. W.O. Finney were married April 22, 1941. He died May 29, 1970...

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Mardell Agatha Finney, 87, of Chaffee died Monday, June 19, 2000, at Chaffee Nursing Center.

She was born Oct. 17, 1912, daughter of Walter P. and Elizabeth Stausing Masters. She and Dr. W.O. Finney were married April 22, 1941. He died May 29, 1970.

Finney lived at Chaffee all her life. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Bill Warner of West Hills, Calif., Walter Finney of Mountain Grove, Norman Finney of Gallatin, Tenn.; two daughters, Kay Stewart of Bay Minette, Ala., Betty Bauersachs of Pinckneyville, Ill.; a sister, Ruth Buckhannon of Chaffee; 15 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 6 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Watis Harrell officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery.
