DEXTER, Mo. -- Marcia Fyke, 61, of Dexter, died Monday, July 3, 2000, at her home. She was born July 16, 1938, at Fort Wayne, Ind., daughter of Harold and Viola Butcher Mitten. DEXTER, Mo. -- Marcia Fyke, 61, of Dexter, died Monday, July 3, 2000, at her home.

She was born July 16, 1938, at Fort Wayne, Ind., daughter of Harold and Viola Butcher Mitten.

She had lived in Decatur, Ill., most of her life, having moved to Dexter 12 years ago. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dexter.

Survivors include a son, Jeff Fyke of Dexter; a brother, Harold Mitten of Fort Wayne; two sisters, Judy Andrews of Longview, Texas, and Jan Carran of Round Rock, Texas; and a granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by a brother and her parents.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. John Sheley officiating. Burial will be in Hagy Cemetery in Dexter.
