MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Marcella A. Arnzen Troxclair, 74, beloved wife, mother and grandmother from Broussard, La., passed peacefully from this world Monday, March 15, 2010, at Our Lady of Lords Regional Hospital in Lafayette, La.
She was born Sept. 9, 1935, to the late Frank and Minnie Eftink Arnzen. She and Joseph Marc Troxclair were married May 15, 1965, in Baton Rouge, La.
Marcella was a former telephone operator with Bell South. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Broussard.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Darryl J. Troxclair and wife Tracy of Youngsville, La.; two daughters, Denise T. Hampshire and husband David of Prairieville, La., Cheryl A. Troxclair of Broussard; a brother, Raymond Arnzen of Kelso, Mo.; a sister, Dorothy Glaus of Chaffee, Mo.; five grandchildren, Blake Campbell, Jacob Troxclair, Anna Hampshire, Emily Hampshire and Atley Troxclair.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Parish prayers will be at 7.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. John's Catholic Church in Leopold, Mo., with the Rev. William Hennecke officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
