JACKSON -- A memorial service for Marcella Jean Limbaugh, 53, of Tullahoma, Tenn., was held Tuesday at First Christian Church in Tullahoma.
Limbaugh died Sunday, Aug. 30, 1992, following a lengthy illness.
She was born June 20, 1939, in St. Louis, daughter of Alva and Norma Sheets. She and Charles Cameron "Chad" Limbaugh, a native of Jackson, were married Dec. 14, 1963.
She received a bachelor of science degree in biology from Central Methodist College in Fayette. She then worked in ophthalmologic research in glaucoma at Washington University Medical School.
The Limbaughs had lived in Tullahoma since June 1964. For the past 15 years she was an administrative assistant at Cubic Precision in Tullahoma, and was active in First Christian Church.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Brent Limbaugh of Birmingham, Ala.; a daughter, Marla Mays of Valencia, Calif.; her mother of Tullahoma, and twin sister, Barbara Kneile of Tullahoma.
She was preceded in death by her father.
