Marc R. Mangus, 91, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Wheeling, West Virginia, died Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Black River Country Assisted Living in Annapolis, Missouri.
He was born Oct. 6, 1925, in Dover, Ohio, to Foster and Mildred (Burkholder) Mangus.
He is survived by two sons, Randy Mangus of Wheeling and Tim Mangus of Goodyear, Arizona; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one on the way; his first wife, Ruth Wagner Corey of Wheeling; his second wife, Alice (Woomer) Mangus of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; his sister-in-law, Virginia Mangus of Cape Girardeau; nieces; nephews; and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his third wife, Dollie Mangus; a son, David Jeffery Mangus; and his brother, Edward Mangus.
There will be no public services for Marc Mangus.
Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau is in charge of arrangements.
