CHAFFEE -- Funeral mass for Magdalen Mary Crump of Chaffee will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. The Revs. Allan Saunders and Charley Shrum will officiate.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home here after 2 p.m. Wednesday. The rosary will be recited at 7.

Crump, 71, died Sunday, Sept. 20, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born May 20, 1921, in Scott City, daughter of Albert and Julia Enderle Dumey. She married Harrel Crump Sept. 26, 1942.

Crump was a retired machine operator at Thorngate Ltd. here. She was a member of St. Ambrose Church and VFW Auxiliary 3127.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Danny Crump of Scott City; three daughters, Janet Gripentrog of Grand Blanc, Mich., Nancy LaVallee of Pompano Beach, Fla., Gail Amick of Scott City; a brother, Henry Dumey of Kelso; four sisters, Eileen Tidwell of Abilene, Texas, Patsy Crader of Whitewater, Carolyn Pickens of Jackson, Sharon Rogers of Scott City, and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters.
