Mable L. Kellick Cora, 72, of Gulfport, Miss., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Tuesday, Sept. 7, 1993, at her home. She was born Nov. 19, 1920, in McNairy, Tenn., daughter of Walter Carl and Minnie Daniels Wilson. She first married Edward Kellick, who preceded her in death. She later married A.J. Cora Sept. 1, 1973, at Dexter. He died Feb. 8, 1993...

Mable L. Kellick Cora, 72, of Gulfport, Miss., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Tuesday, Sept. 7, 1993, at her home.

She was born Nov. 19, 1920, in McNairy, Tenn., daughter of Walter Carl and Minnie Daniels Wilson. She first married Edward Kellick, who preceded her in death. She later married A.J. Cora Sept. 1, 1973, at Dexter. He died Feb. 8, 1993.

Cora had been a cosmetologist at Malden. She was a cook at Senior Nutrition Center seven years, and member of Red Star Baptist Church. She moved to Gulfport in May.

Survivors include two sons, Ronald Kellick of Picayune, Miss., Carl Kellick of Chicago; a daughter, Margaret Wieting of Gulfport; two stepsons, Terry and Jerry Cora of Cape Girardeau; a stepdaughter, Carol Golden of Jackson; a brother, Eddie Wilson of Chicago; two sisters, Lucille Allen of Moore, Okla., Edna Hatchett of Bethel Springs, Tenn., and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Cy Smith will officiate, with burial in Malden Memorial Park at Malden.

Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Friday.
