LYMAN SLINKARD

Lyman B. Slinkard, 96, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Jan. 21, 1999, at Heartland Care Rehab Center.

He was born May 15, 1902, in Bollinger County, son of William and Josie Bell Kinder Slinkard.

Slinkard had been a truck driver.

Survivors include a son, Paul Slinkard of Cape Girardeau; and a sister, Willa Minton of Cape Girardeau.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel from 9-9:45 a.m. Monday.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Lorimier Cemetery, with the Rev. John Ferguson officiating.
