Funeral for Lydia Anna "Liddy" Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Hanover Lutheran Church. The Rev. Jeffrey Sippy will officiate. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
Seabaugh, 83, died Monday, July 24, 2000, at her home.
She was born July 30, 1916, in Cape Girardeau County, daughter of George and Emma Grossheider Schlegel. She and Clarence T. Seabaugh were married Aug. 18, 1940, in Arkansas. He died March 20, 1995.
Seabaugh worked in the laundry department at Southeast Missouri Hospital from 1953-63, and was supervisor the past four years. She was a member of Hanover Church and former member of its Ladies Aid.
Survivors include a son, Don Seabaugh of Jackson, Mo.; a daughter, Lois Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Herbert and Norbert Schlegel of Cape Girardeau; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister.
