JACKSON -- Luther Seabaugh, 77, Jackson Route 4, died Sunday, Dec. 22, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was born Sept. 14, 1914, at Sedgewickville, son of Wiley T. and Argie Cook Seabaugh. He and Lillian Jacobs were married Dec. 24, 1937. She died Sept. 8, 1985.
Seabaugh moved to Jackson in 1942 from Sedgewickville. He worked at International Shoe Co. here from 1942-64, and from 1965-85 he was a custodian at Jackson R-2 Schools. He was a member and past master of Excelsior Lodge, and member of Sword of Bunker Hill.
Survivors include a son, Leonard Seabaugh, Cape Girardeau Route 2; a daughter, Jane Wills of Jackson; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a half brother and four half sisters.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Loy Barks will officiate, with burial in Sedgewickville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 8:30 until service time.
