Funeral service for Lulu Flindt of Spirit Lake, Iowa, was held today at Turner Funeral Home there, with the Rev. Walter Hemer officiating. Burial was in Fairmount Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
Flindt, 92, died Tuesday, July 13, 1993, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minn.
She was born Feb. 1, 1901, at Millersville, daughter of Monroe and Elise Huckstep Link. She and Benjamin F. Mollenhour were maried in 1922 at Jackson. He died in 1930. She later married Warren B. Flindt, who died in 1962.
Flindt attended First Presbyterian Church in Spirit Lake.
Survivors include two sons, Frank Mollenhour of Blue Springs, John Mollenhour of Spirit Lake; two daughters, Lillian Newburn of Cherokee village, Ark., Betty Reiners of Spirit Lake; a sister, Lucille Roloff of Cape Girardeau; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
